TitaniumClaw operates the TitaniumClaw website at https://titaniumclaw.co.za, including our online shop, customer accounts, Titanium Club, athlete programme, and related services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and the choices available to you. Our contact email is hello@titaniumclaw.co.za.

Information you provide: name, email address, password or authentication details, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, account preferences, club or athlete programme information, newsletter preferences, and messages or other content you submit.

Information from Google: when you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile information Google makes available to us, such as your name, email address, profile identifier, and profile image where provided. We use it to create and authenticate your TitaniumClaw account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to Google Drive, contacts, Gmail, or other unrelated Google services.

Transaction information: payment status, transaction identifiers, refunds, shipping status, and fraud-prevention information from the payment provider. Complete payment card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by TitaniumClaw.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the website. We collect this to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts; authenticate Google and email sign-ins; process, fulfil, deliver, and support orders; manage returns and refunds; provide Titanium Club benefits; respond to enquiries and applications; send service messages; send marketing only where permitted and where you have opted in; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; measure performance; and improve TitaniumClaw.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use information from your Google account for advertising purposes outside the services you request from us. We use Google user data only for the account, authentication, and service purposes described in this policy.

If you use Google OAuth, TitaniumClaw accesses only the basic OpenID Connect identity information needed for sign-in: your email address, basic profile information, and a unique account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, create or connect your TitaniumClaw account, display your account name or profile image, prevent duplicate accounts, and provide account support.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the TitaniumClaw account service. We share it only with the service providers described below when necessary to operate authentication and the website, or where required by law.

We use trusted service providers to help operate TitaniumClaw. These may include Supabase for authentication and account services; payment providers such as PayFast or Stripe for checkout and subscriptions; hosting, database, and infrastructure providers; email delivery providers; and analytics or security providers. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us and you, under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security issues, or support a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain shopping-cart functionality, protect the website, understand usage, and improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent account or checkout features from working correctly.

We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, customer-support, and dispute-resolution requirements. We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and financial-record laws. Marketing preferences may be retained so we can honour opt-out requests. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

To request access, correction, deletion, or account closure, email hello@titaniumclaw.co.za with the subject “Privacy request” and describe your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and will explain any lawful reason we cannot complete it.

TitaniumClaw and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers and require service providers to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.

TitaniumClaw is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please review it periodically.
