Terms of Service

You may use TitaniumClaw only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that harms its operation, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

Some features require an account. You may sign in with email and password or through Google OAuth. You authorise us to receive the basic account information needed to create and maintain your TitaniumClaw account. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or are used fraudulently. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice before doing so.

Product descriptions, availability, colours, sizes, and pricing may change without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only when we confirm it, and we may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or payment failure.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, such as PayFast or Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information and to pay all applicable charges shown before you submit an order.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Any applicable returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery rules will be shown in our customer support communications or on the relevant order information.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

TitaniumClaw, its name, logos, designs, text, images, software, and other content belong to TitaniumClaw or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

If you submit reviews, applications, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the law or another person's rights. You give TitaniumClaw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The website and its content are provided as available. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitaniumClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our liability is not excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of South Africa, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
